Hello, my name is AmariYah Israel.I am a facilitator, consultant, and creator based in my home region of Northern Kentucky. I am inspired by my Granny's golden remedies, restorative presence, and love.Fluid Journey is where that inspiration meets a fifteen years of professional experience. I've spent my career building operations, programs, and systems across higher education, DEI consulting, and wellness organizations, and I bring that same care into workshop facilitation, healing sessions, and client services.Whether I'm distilling operational procedures or holding space for a guided reflection, the work is the same at its core, creating the structure that lets people and organizations do their best, most rested work.In my free time, I like to rollerskate, drink tea with my partner, and travel to visit friends.
